For those that have not yet had their school pictures taken this year, it is time to smile!

Students will have their pictures taken by Pod as follows:
November 4th:
Yellow Pod In Person students from 7:45 –
SMS 5th & 6th Grade students create fantasy creatures in Art.
First they used their creativity to imagine the creatures. Next they used their artistic talents to bring them to life using paper mache,
SMS 8th Grade students learn how to draw trees then sculpt them with wire.
Just a reminder about our early release on Fridays at 12:10pm after lunch for students that will be picked up:
SMS Students and Staff were greeted by the SMS Puma and Mrs. O’Bryant on Friday, October 2nd.

To fully enjoy the opportunity of outside learning in the new tents at SMS, as a reminder students should be sure to have weather appropriate clothing. Can’t go wrong with cold weather gear!
Having tents outside has given the SMS Students the opportunity to enjoy the great fall weather and fresh air during lunch!
