Kim Fairbank has a B.A. in Sociology from Boston University, and an M.A. in Social Work from Salem State College. She is a District Social Worker through the Special Education Department. This is her 18th year at ConVal. She has worked with children, teens, and families for over 22 years in Residential Treatment for Adolescents, Partial Hospital Day Treatment for Adolescents and their families, and Outpatient Counseling for pre-teens, teens, and their families prior to coming to the Conval School District.
